What we provide
API Marketplace resells access to third-party data APIs, each presented as its own product on a dedicated subdomain of apimarketplace.io, together with a workspace for running and automating it.
Subscriptions
Each product is a separate subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless the law where you live requires it.
Run tokens
Subscriptions include a token allowance for each billing period. Tokens meter the underlying API's usage at cost, do not roll over between periods, and have no cash value. Runs are refused rather than executed when the balance is insufficient.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the inputs you submit and for complying with the terms, robots directives and applicable law governing the sources you collect data from. Do not use the service to collect personal data unlawfully, to circumvent access controls, or to place unreasonable load on third-party systems.
Third-party tools
Each product mirrors a publicly listed Actor from the Apify Store, read live at the moment you open it. Their behaviour, output and availability are controlled by their authors, and we make no warranty about their results or continuity.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
